How It Works

The system continuously monitors the pressure of the existing gas spring installation. If the pressure exceeds predefined limits, automatic emails are sent to the relevant personnel. All dies can be monitored live from the installed monitor in the field. Thanks to wireless communication technology, gas spring pressures are monitored even when dies are in the die park area. It operates on battery power without the need for external power supply and automatically charges when connected to the press. The system is compatible with various gas springs and presses.

Auto-Recharging Battery Technology

The batteries used in the system are designed according to the requirements of the press and are vibration-resistant. Thanks to these batteries, the system remains operational continuously. When the die is connected to the system, the batteries in the wireless pressure sensor automatically recharge.
